Payment Scheme for Segar Executive Condo
For executive condominium, you are given a choice to choose between 2 payment schemes namely:
Normal Progressive and Deferred Payment.
To Book your unit, 5% cash booking fee is required. Within 9 Weeks, you are required to exercise your Option To Purchase (OTP) by furnishing the remaining 15% either by Cash or CPF.
Normal Progressive Scheme
The remaining 80% of purchase price will be billed in stages depending on developer discretion.
You will be advised on details upon booking.
Deferred Payment Scheme
The remaining 80% of purchase price will be deferred till Temporary Occupation Period (TOP), your mortgage repayment will begin when you collect your keys.
Note: There will be 2% premium charge for Defferred Payment Scheme
